To refer a young person to benefit from our services, or request a placement at one of our care homes please see the process below.

The process

Admission enquiry

Contact our team to see which of our services are most suited for the care and well being of the young person in question.

Submit application

One we agree on the best form of care, we will provide you with the relevant application form to submit.

Provide documentation

Once the requested documents have been reviewed we will be in touch with any offers.

Meet & Greet

Once an offer is accepted the young person can visit the care home to see the facilities and meet the staff.
